Full Description: The village is 30mins driving from Pavel Banya Resort which is popular with its curative mineral springs. This is the region with the biggest rose valleys, there is even a rose-oil distilory not so far from the village.
When you go into the house there is a spacious hallway. From the hallway you turn right an you go into the kitchen. The storage room is just on the back of the kitchen and the hallway.
You go upstairs through cement outside stairs.
On the 2nd level of the house there is a hallway and a sitting room& on the right of these two rooms there are two bedrooms with a magnificent view to Sredna Gora Mountains.
When you go into the yard the garage (5mx4m) and the shed (5mx7m) are on your right hand side. There is an outdoor sink in the middle of the garden and the house is located at the very back of the yard on the left.
There are plum-trees, strawberries and raspberries in the garden. There is also a big walnut-tree
It’s a brick and stone house built in the 70’s. Nobody lives in the house at present, the toilet needs to be relocated inside.
Village is located in South-Central Bulgaria in the foot of Sredna Gora Mountains. The nearest town is Brezovo. There is a local mini market, doctor’s surgery and a church
