Q) How do I advertise my property?
A) All advertisers/agents must first register their details with us, choose your advertisement option and away you go!

Q) I don't have a property to advertise, I'm interested in buying or renting a property - what do I do?
A) Whilst you don't have to register to browse any property, you are advised to do so if you are seriously looking to buy or rent a property. This way your details are logged for the next time you visit us.
By registering you have access to a number of facilities such as the ability to save your searches, save favourite searches and receive automated emails as and when new ads are placed on Property4buyers.com - this of course saving you time.
Also it will come in handy if you do ever want to advertise any property, and best of all its FREE!

Q) How much does it cost?
A) Our site is absolutely free to use, so there is no risk to you whatsoever

Q) How long does it take to register?
A) It takes less than 5 minutes to register and your advertisement can be online instantly. Once registered you have complete control over your ad, text and pictures!

Q) What if things go wrong?
A) There's very little chance of anything going wrong as you are in control, however, if you do need help simply drop us an email  using our contact us page!

Q) How do I upload property photos?
A) Once you have successfully created your listing click “Upload Images” under “Additional Options”. Click “Browse” select the image you wish to upload then click “Upload Picture”, you can load up to 17 images at any one time.
Once the image has uploaded you will be able to select rank, add captions and descriptions, remember to click “update” if you make any changes.

Remember there are constraints on the physical dimensions (width and height) of any picture you upload. There are some tolerances on these dimensions however large variances can have adverse effects on the viewing experience. As as rule of thumb, always test property viewing before activating the listing:
All measurements are in pixels width x height
Maximum images per listing: 17
Maximum file size: 5MB
Maximum resolution: 700x700
Allowed extensions: jpg,gif
The system will automatically resize the pictures into small thumbnails for the user.
